Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Policies & Procedures Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work independently while collaborating with business leaders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance a centralized database of policies, procedures, and best practices. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and process excellence across the division.
As a Policies & Procedures Administrator, you will:
· Partner with business leaders to identify policy and procedure needs and priorities
· Research, draft, and update comprehensive policy and procedure documentation based on business goals, compliance standards, and legal requirements
· Maintain and enhance a user-friendly policies and procedures database
· Ensure alignment with the Training team to keep learning materials current and accurate
· Continuously evaluate existing documentation for improvements and compliance updates
· Perform additional related duties as required or assigned
· Demonstrate organizational values through professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· 5+ years of related experience in policy development, process documentation, compliance, or similar fields
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
· Experience in financial services preferred; mortgage industry experience a plus
· Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
